All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your package arrive damaged you must contact us within 3 days with proof of damage. Providing photos is most helpful with insurance claims. We’ll work quickly to replace your order. If your order was an original art piece we can give you store credit for another piece once the insurance claim as been resolved. All canvas pieces are shipped securely in a box and paper pieces are rolled and shipped in a secure mailing tube.
